Town house development approximately 10 years old. Water leaking through a below ground wall into a living room.

• Fence off works area

• Excavate soil to expose failed membrane

• Grind off failed membrane

• Install new membrane – 2 coats of epoxy and two coats of Planter box polyurethane

• Flood testing

• Make good including landscaping
